Interpretation

In this document, the following terms shall have the meanings detailed below:

"The Bylaws" – these Bylaws as they are set forth below and as they may be amended from time to time according to the Party's needs and at its sole discretion.

"The Party" - The Dawn Lights Party, a party for everyone, Party Number: 599001633, as well as any faction and/or other representation that will represent the party in the Knesset or local authorities.

"The Site" – the official website of the Orot HaShachar Party, including any other internet address that will direct to it or be attributed to it in the future, and any other hosting site connected to the party.

"Terms of Use" – as detailed in these regulations and in accordance with the provisions of any law.

General

The purpose of these regulations is to govern the terms of browsing and using the website (orothashachar.org.il). The website administrators may update these regulations from time to time at their sole discretion and without prior notice. The use of these regulations in the masculine gender is for convenience only and refers to the feminine gender as well, and vice versa. Wherever "website administrators" is written, it also refers to the party.

Purchases and membership fees 
According to the management's decision in the minutes of 05.22.2025: "Membership fees - 60 NIS per year, members will be able to announce their departure within 3 months and request in writing to receive their money back, unless they participated in a vote, in which case the membership fees will not be refunded. Membership fees will also be refunded to members whose participation has not been approved by the faction.".

The website

The website is owned and managed by the Bright Dawn Party. The website is intended to present the party's activities, its goals, its objectives, as well as to enable joining, registering as a member, making donations, and conveying messages at the exclusive discretion of the party. The website also serves as an online communication and messaging platform on behalf of the party. Any use of the website constitutes agreement to these terms and conditions and is governed by them. All rights to use the website address and its content are reserved for the party.

Website usage

Some services on the site are available only to party members (when these options become active). Any posting or uploading of content by users will be done in accordance with the law, including the Prohibition of Defamation Law, and without infringing on the rights of third parties.

Website Registration

For active use of the website, registration may be required, which includes providing personal details and contact information. Upon registration, the user agrees to receive information from the party, including marketing and propaganda information, and agrees to direct communication with it for any purpose (including research, questionnaires, event invitations, and propaganda messages), all in accordance with the law. Registration constitutes full agreement to these terms and conditions and the browsing terms set forth therein.

Fill in details

Every user is obligated to provide accurate and complete details. Providing false details, including on donation or membership forms, constitutes a criminal offense and may result in legal proceedings. The party shall not be liable for illegal actions by users or any other party not under its sole control. Any dispute concerning these regulations shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel and in the competent courts of the Jerusalem district only.

Registrant privacy

The party will not transfer user details to third parties, except in the following cases: Required by law, court order, police directive, or directive from another authorized body; violation of the provisions of this charter by the user; use of the site for defamation, impersonation, or other illegal activity; express decision of the party's institutions on the matter; merger of the site with another entity; existence of a legal dispute with the user; or when the site's operation requires the transfer of secure information.

Responsibility and Information

The responsibility for any publication on the website lies solely with the user. The party is not responsible for content uploaded by users, including in forums, comments, or linked social networks. The party reserves the right to remove any content, at its sole discretion, that infringes upon the State of Israel, the party, its members, its directors, its employees, or any other offensive publication. The party and/or the website administrators bear no responsibility whatsoever in connection with content uploaded by users or links to other sites, and do not guarantee their proper functioning or the accuracy of their content. The user fully and irrevocably waives any claim and/or demand and/or lawsuit against the party and/or anyone on its behalf for any damage caused to them as a result of the use and/or browsing of the website. The user undertakes to indemnify the party and/or anyone on its behalf for any damage caused to them as a result of a claim filed against them due to their actions.

Information security

The party will act to maintain a high level of security regarding personal information in its possession, but it is clarified that the party and/or the website administrators are not responsible for any information sent through the website, nor are they responsible for any damage or violation that may occur due to a malfunction in information security or unauthorized access.

Website content

The website content is intended for private and personal use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, broadcast, sell, or commercially exploit or otherwise use the content, in whole or in part, for any purpose other than private use, without the prior written consent of the website administrators. Browsing and using the website are at the user's sole responsibility. All content included on the website is presented "AS IS." The party and/or website administrators are not responsible for errors and/or inaccuracies in the content appearing on the website, nor are they responsible for any infringement of third-party copyrights or intellectual property as a result of user-uploaded content.

User behavior

Users are prohibited from uploading to the site any content that is vulgar, offensive, insulting, hostile, threatening, false, rude, violent, repulsive, illegal, and/or inappropriate, including any content that constitutes a threat, incitement, defamation, libel, prohibited advertising, invasion of privacy, exposure of minors, pornographic content, infringement of copyrights or intellectual property, virus distribution, deception, or any other content that constitutes grounds for civil or criminal action. The user undertakes not to interfere with or harm the site and its operation in any way. The site administrators are entitled to remove any prohibited content or block a user at their sole discretion and without prior notice. The user undertakes to compensate and reimburse the party and/or anyone on its behalf for any damage caused to them as a result of uploading prohibited content or any other violation of the law or terms of use.

Intellectual property rights

All copyrights and intellectual property rights on the website, including patents, designs, trademarks, trade secrets, design, texts, images, video, code, music, and scripts – belong to the Party or to.

Remedy in case of incorrect credit: If credit that should have been given was not given, or incorrect credit was given, for any content published on the website, the sole and exclusive remedy against the Party and/or its representatives shall be the provision of the correct credit by the Party and/or its representatives regarding the relevant content, commencing from the date on which all the required data for the examination of the matter was presented to them.

The party reserves the right to change, remove, or restrict access to the website or its applications and content at any time, without prior.
